Concierge Yachting specialises exclusively in private day charters throughout The Bahamas. We are not an overnight operator, and we never ask you to choose between the water and your resort.
Your morning begins with a short transfer to a private Paradise Island marina. From there, the day unfolds across turquoise shallows, quiet cays, and beaches reachable only by boat — with a professional captain, a private chef, and a crew who know these waters intimately.
You return to The Ocean Club that same afternoon or evening, in time for dinner, the spa, or simply a quiet drink by the sea. The charter enhances your stay; it never interrupts it.

Elizabeth works with each guest directly — matching the right yacht and crew to the occasion, coordinating menus and transfers, and confirming every detail in writing before you step aboard.

Where do we board?
Boarding is at a private Nassau or Paradise Island marina, typically a short drive from the resort. Your exact marina, slip, and boarding time are confirmed in writing before your charter day.
Is transportation arranged?
Yes. We can arrange private car transfers between your resort and the marina, or your resort concierge can coordinate a taxi. Either way, we confirm the plan with you in advance.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Our crews are wonderful with families, and life jackets are provided in children's sizes. Simply tell us ages so we can plan the day accordingly.
What happens if the weather turns?
Safety and comfort come first. If conditions are unsuitable, we will reschedule where possible or issue a full refund of amounts paid.
What about food?
Charters include thoughtfully prepared onboard dining. Menus are curated to your preferences, and allergies or dietary restrictions are accommodated with advance notice.
And drinks?
Water, soft drinks, and ice are always aboard. Wine, champagne, and cocktails can be arranged in advance to your preference.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are confirmed in your charter agreement before any payment is made. We are always straightforward and reasonable about weather-related changes.
Are gratuities included?
Crew gratuity is not included and is entirely at your discretion. Guests customarily offer 15–20% of the charter fee for exceptional service.
