How do I book a yacht charter?

You can book your yacht charter by contacting our team directly. We will assist you in selecting the best yacht, itinerary, and experiences tailored to your preferences.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for peak seasons, to ensure availability.

Can I customize my itinerary?

Yes! Each charter is fully customizable based on your preferences and weather conditions. Our captain and crew will provide recommendations to enhance your experience.

How many guests can be accommodated on the yacht?

Our yachts accommodate different group sizes. Please refer to the specific yacht’s capacity when making your reservation.

Are children allowed on board?

Yes, children are welcome! We recommend discussing specific safety requirements with our team before your trip.

Do I need a passport for my yacht charter?

Yes, if you are traveling internationally, a valid passport is required. Some destinations may also have specific visa requirements.

Payment and Cancellation

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and select digital payment methods. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

How much is the deposit, and when is the final payment due?

A 50% deposit of the total charter fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel:

More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus an administrative fee.
30–60 days before departure: 50% of the total charter fee is non-refundable.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund is available.

Can I reschedule my charter if plans change?

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 45 days before your departure. Additional fees may apply.

What happens if my trip is affected by bad weather?

The captain may adjust the itinerary for safety. In extreme weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

Additional Questions

What should I pack for my yacht charter?

Pack lightweight clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and non-marking boat shoes. Don’t forget any necessary travel documents and medications.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Our charter includes gourmet meals prepared by our chef, but you may bring any special dietary items or request custom provisions in advance.

Are alcoholic beverages included?

Alcoholic beverages can be pre-ordered according to your preferences. Premium selections may incur additional charges.

Is Wi-Fi available on board?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available on most yachts, but coverage may be limited in remote areas.

What activities and water sports are available?

Activities include snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, and more. Some water sports may require certification or additional fees.

Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?

Additional costs may include gratuities, premium provisions, special event arrangements, and optional excursions.

How do I contact the crew during my charter?

You will have direct access to the captain and crew throughout your journey to ensure a seamless experience.
